Ambassador Monika Simonyan had a two-day working visit to Yamanashi Prefecture. During the visit, meetings were held with Mr. Nagasaki Kotaro, Governor of Yamanashi prefecture, with Mr. Nakamura Kazuhiko, President of the University of Yamanashi, as well as with heads of a number of companies.
At the meeting with the Governor, Ambassador Simonyan discussed the opportunities for cooperation in the fields of information technology, winemaking and jewelry.
During the meeting with the President of the University of Yamanashi the interlocutors discussed perspectives of having student exchange programs between the Armenian and Japanese universities.
